One of the keys to successfully completing a nutritional cleanse is to plan ahead. Clear time on your calendar and make sure there are no upcoming events or travel that could interfere. Next, make sure that you have the foods you can eat available. On this detox you're eliminating dairy, gluten, citrus, sugar, alcohol and caffeine. There are other foods you may choose to eliminate, but these are the key ones. You should avoid processed and non-organic and GMO foods as well. Anything else is allowed. The modified elimination diet food list is not complete for our purposes. It is a basic list that you can use as a guideline.
